Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently, some necessary parties were not impleaded in this bail petition, and accordingly, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition and file afresh. Page No.# 2/2 3. The prayer not being objected to by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, is allowed. 4.
