The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the suit is at the stage of cross-examination of DW-1. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite parties forthwith. C.O. 2686 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Howrah is requested to make an endevour to dispose of Title Suit No. 1113 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible without 2 granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
