Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Assistant Engineer, Ferrargunj Sub Division, Electricity Department, respondent no.2, to consider and dispose of the writ petitioner’s prayer for grant of fresh electricity connection strictly in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties positively within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order. 3. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner’s prayer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the aforesaid respondent without any further delay. 2 4. As the writ petition is being disposed of without calling for any affidavits, the allegations made therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. 5.
