The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to call for the entire records of the proceedings which relates to passing of the suspension order and revocation of suspension from the office of respondent No. 3. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ by quashing the 2 impugned order dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) which relates to attachment issued by the respondent No. 3. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the respondent no. 3 to pass an appropriate order and place the petitioner in a post and place where he was posted before suspension. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. 3.
