Karmakar] March 23, 2026 [SR] Item No.10 Mr. D.C.Kabir, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays for waiving the conditions imposed on bail which was from time to time modified. Last of the order, which has been passed by this Hon’ble Court is on October 29, 2025, the Coordinate Bench was pleased to observe as follows: “Considering the materials on record as well as the submissions of the learned advocate representing both the parties, one of the conditions on which anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners can leave the jurisdiction of the Pahargoan Police Station and reside at their hometown in Tamil Nadu and petitioner No.2 shall visit the local police station being Kaveripattinam Police Station under Krishnagiri District, Tamil 2 Nadu and the SHO of the said police station will keep a record of such visit in weekly manner.” The petitioner has been abiding the condition which was imposed. Having considered the hardship faced by the petitioner, the earlier order is modified to the limited extent that instead of meeting with the Kaveripattinam Police Station under Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu, once in a week, the petitioner shall attend the said Police Station once in a month.
