In this petition, petitioners are challenging the order dated 04th April, 2025 (Annexure-N) passed by the respondent No.1 in Case No.R.A/CR-57/2024-25.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful perusal of the impugned order dated 04th April, 2025 (Annexure-N) passed by the respondent No.1, it is forthcoming that the mutation of the subject land has been made as per the judgment and decree dated 26th February, 2024 (Annexure-J) passed in Original Suit No.24/2018 on the file of the I Additional Civil Judge and JMFC., Channagiri. Perusal of the finding recorded by the competent Civil Court in the judgment and decree dated 26th February, 2024 (Annexure- J) passed in Original Suit No.24/2018, makes it clear that the petitioners are not in possession of the subject land and the respondent No.4 is in possession of the same. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in this petition. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioners to establish their right over the subject land in a manner known to law, writ petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.
