An appropriate order or direction in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for commanding the IInd Additional District Judge, Dehradun to decide the Civil Appeal No. 162 of 2024, titled "Ritesh Babbar & Ors. v. Shri JC Gupta (deceased) & Ors" pending in court of the II Additional District Judge. Dehradun as expeditiously as possible under the facts and circumstances of the case and/ or within a definite period of time. b. Any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. c. Award cost of the petition to the Petitioner.” 3. The relief as sought for in this writ petition appears to be innocuous. 4. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Dehradun to expedite the Civil Appeal No. 162 of 2024, “Ritesh Babbar and Others vs. J.C.
