JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 17/04/2026 1. Both parties are ad idem that the documents sought to be produced were already on record. 2. Heard. 3. Upon perusal of the record, this Court finds that the learned Trial Court rejected the application on the ground that the documents were not on record, whereas both parties are in agreement that the documents had, in fact, been duly put on record. 4. Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to quash and set aside the order dated 13.02.2026 to the extent it pertains to the application under Order 7 Rule 14(3) CPC. The matter is remanded to the learned Trial Court for fresh consideration of the application dated 19.08.2025, in accordance with law. 5.
