2.
Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the accused-petitioners are behind the bars since 11.02.2026 and recovery has already been effected. He also submits that the accused-petitioners are not required for further investigation and the injuries sustained by the injured person are not dangerous to life, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the
[2026:RJ-JP:10970] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3481/2026] accused-petitioners in custody and therefore, prays that the accused-petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes these bail applications.
4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the arguments advanced by the
learned counsel for the accused-petitioners; the accused- petitioners are behind the bars since 11.02.2026 and the injuries sustained by the injured person are not dangerous to life. Trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.
