The learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make any valid ground to show that the order passed in the Writ Petition suffers from error apparent on the face of the record and neither does he supply any material to substantiate the same. 3.Accordingly, the Review Application is not sustainable and hence, the same stands dismissed.
