Learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the order dated 31.01.2025 has been complied with. 3. The submission of counsel for the Respondent is not opposed by the counsel for petitioner. He however, submits that he may be granted liberty to file appropriate proceedings if any exigency arises in future. 4.
