V.R.Appaswamee For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar Counsel for Government ORDER This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners property measuring an extent of 2.73 acres comprised in S.F.Nos.254 of 1B and 255 of 2 of Kunnathur village, Coimbatore district for the purpose of fencing and safeguarding the same by considering the petitioner's representation dated 6.05.2026. 2. The petitioner owned a property measuring 2.73 acres, comprised in S.F. Nos. 254/1B and 255/2 of Kunnathur Village, Coimbatore District. A boundary dispute exists between the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4. When the petitioner intended to construct a compound wall, respondents 2 to 4 trespassed onto the property and caused damage. In view of the above, the petitioner ought to have surveyed the property in accordance with his title documents. Therefore, he cannot put up a fence in and around the property at this stage, and the direction sought in this petition cannot be granted. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
