The petitioner is the accused, respondent is the complainant. The petition is pending before the concerned Court in a complaint registered in the year 2025. In that light, has sought for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 4. The respondent-Complainant has objection for expeditious disposal on the score that the matter is going on in its pace and there is no warrant for any speedy disposal. 5. Despite the vehement opposition of the respondent- complainant and also his objections, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. - 4 -
