1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief(s):-
“i.That the Hon'ble High Court may most kindly be pleased to call the entire records relating to the Petitioner from the respondents No. 2 and 4, in the ends of justice.
-2- ii) That the Hon'ble High Court may most kindly be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari or of any other appropriate nature quashing the
order impugned dated 26.07.2023 (Ann. P/1), and also its consequences, in the ends of justice. iii) That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly grant any other relief or/and alternative relief to the petitioner which is deemed proper, just and fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the ends of justice.

Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working on the post of Block Co- coordinator, Mitanin Programme, at Community Health Centre, Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) under respondent No.2 since year 2004. He would further submit that the petitioner was removed from service vide order dated 26.07.2023 (Annexure P/1) without affording her a proper opportunity of hearing. He would contend that the State, in its return, has specifically stated that most of the volunteers working under the State Health Resource Centre (SHRC) are now working under the Society for Action in Community Health (SACH) for performing similar work as they were performing under the SHRC. He would contend that the petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation seeking similar relief before respondent No.4 and in turn, said authority may be directed to decide the same in an objective manner within a stipulated period.
3. On the other hand, Mr. Pandey, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State, would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Bhatia. He would submit that it is for respondent No.4 to consider the grievances of the petitioner.

4. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. Having considered the facts stated hereinabove and the pleading made in paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed by the State, without making any observation on the merits of the case, this petition is
disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.4 within a period of 30 days from today and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in an objective manner, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the present petition is disposed of.
