Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter at some length, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2026.09.10 12:26:22 +0530 2 with liberty to file an appropriate securitisation application/representation before the concerned DRT. He further submits that a period of ten days may be granted to approach the concerned DRT. 2. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondent-State submits that the order was passed way back on 11.08.2026, however, the petitioners were reluctant to file securitisation application before the concerned authority, as such, no leniency may be shown to the petitioners. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are permitted to approach the concerned DRT within a period of ten days from today. Till the petitioner approaches the concerned DRT and for a period of ten days from today, the concerned respondent authority shall not take any coercive action against the petitioners pursuant to the order dated 11.08.2026. 5.
