A representation dated 12.02.2024 at Annexure-D had been filed by the petitioner seeking for action to be taken against certain police officers who have unauthorisedly entered the residence of the petitioner. 3. This Court on 11.03.2024 had directed the learned Additional Government Advocate to enquire and make submission as regards to the status of the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 12.02.2024. 4. Learned AGA today submitted that action has been taken against the said police officers and a Departmental Enquiry has been initiated. The representation has been filed to take action against the police officers. Departmental inquiry has also been initiated. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that FIR had to be registered. The said officers being police officers, departmental enquiry has been initiated and suspension orders have been passed. 6. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the actions taken, it would be for the petitioner to challenge the same. Reserving liberty to do so, petition stands disposed of.
