The petitioner is claiming salary of Principal as she has been working as Officiating Principal in the respondent Institution since 01.05.2025. She has already made a representation in this behalf to respondent no.4 on 24.11.2025 through the Manager of the Institution, who has forwarded the said representation to respondent no.4 with a favourable recommendation; however, she is not being paid salary for the post of Principal but for the post of Lecturer. 1 2026:UHC:2989-DB 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State does not dispute that the representation filed by the petitioner is still pending and therefore a decision has to be taken on the same. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.4 to take decision on the representation dated 24.11.2025 within four weeks from the date of communication of instant order along with photocopy of the representation dated 24.11.2025. 5.
