Order 23/02/2026 The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by the learned Board of Revenue, Ajmer in Review Petition (T.A.) No.7939/2024 and the order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Revision Petition (T.A.) No.14/2020. Vide order dated 02.12.2025, the review petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that no sufficient
[2026:RJ-JP:8156] (2 of 2) [CW-3408/2026] cause was shown for filing the review application with delay. The only justification furnished by the petitioner for the delay was that he was unaware of the passing of the order dated 27.07.2022 by the learned Board of Revenue, whereby the matter was remanded back to the Court of S.D.O., Viratnagar. The learned Board of Revenue while passing the order dated 02.12.2025 has recorded a categorical finding that after passing of the order dated 27.07.2022, vide which the matter was remanded back to the Court of S.D.O., Viratnagar, the petitioner has duly appeared before the S.D.O., Viratnagar on 13.10.2022. Thus, under no circumstances, it can be said that the petitioner was unaware of the order dated 27.07.2022 passed by learned Board of Revenue. The said finding is justified and calls for no interference. Consequently, the dismissal of the review application vide order dated 02.12.2025 does not warrant any interference by this court. Further, with respect to the order dated 27.07.2022 passed by the learned Board of Revenue, vide which the revision petition was
disposed of by remanding the matter back to the Court of S.D.O., Viratnagar, it is evident that the learned Board has duly considered the submissions advanced by the petitioner. Moreover, the proceedings before the S.D.O have progressed for more than 3 years thereafter. Thus, at this stage, no interference is called for in the order dated 27.07.2022. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
