Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned APP for the State. 2. It is fairly submitted that an earlier bail petition was rejected on Page No.# 2/3 04.02.2026 in AB No.97 of 2026. 3. This petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is filed by the petitioner, namely, Aher Ali Ahmed, apprehending arrest in connection with Patacharkuchi P.S. Case No. 215/2025 registered u/s 318(3)/336(3)/340(2) of BNS, 2023. 4. The gist of the allegations in FIR dated 06.11.2025 is that the informant as Gaon Pradhan had issued an income certificate dated 1/4/2025 to the petitioner but the certificate was forged and made out into a hearsay certificate. Thereafter, the petitioner No. 1 mutated the name of his father and later other family persons against the land of Lt. Joyton Nessa, wife of Siraz Ali. Subsequently, the land was also mutated in the name of some other persons who were sons and daughters of Lt. Kurpan Ali. When the matter came to the notice of the Circle Office, investigation was conducted revealing forgery. 5. An up-to-date case diary was called for. However, it is submitted by the learned APP that, in the meantime, the investigation has been completed and a charge-sheet has been submitted vide C.S. No. 20/2026 dated 23.02.2026. 6. In view of the above development, the present subsequent bail application is allowed. It is directed that, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the following conditions: i. That the petitioner shall appear before the trial court as and when required. Page No.# 3/3 ii. That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. iii.
