1. The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an appropriate writ/ order/ suitable direction towards the learned trial court to decide the civil suit bearing no. A/73/2025 pending before the learned 3rd Civil Judge Junior Class District - Raigarh (CG) within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be awarded.”

After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach before the learned trial Court to make prayer for expedite trial of the suit. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
