The joint memo is filed by both the parties and in the joint memo, it is stated that the matter is settled for an amount of Rs.4,25,000/-. The amount already in deposit is Rs.2,47,500/- and the balance payable is Rs.1,77,500/- and the same is payable within two months from 11.07.2026. 3. The respondent is also agreed to receive the said amount. 4. The amount in deposit is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent on proper identification in terms of the settlement.
