Referring to the direction of the Hon’ble Division Bench dated December 13, 2024 at page 21 to the writ petition, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the direction of the Division Bench was passed in an appeal and the direction has not yet been complied with. 4. Internal page 3 running page 23 of the said Division Bench order shows that, the claim of the present writ petitioner was also taken into consideration by the Hon’ble Division Bench while passing the direction. 5. In view of the above, the respondent no.5 herein is directed to carry out and complete the direction of the Hon’ble Division Bench strictly in accordance with law but positively, peremptorily and mandatorily within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. It is made clear that, this order has been passed solely on the basis of the direction of the Hon’ble Division Bench to implement it and not beyond that. 7. Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. 8. With the above observations and directions this writ petition, WPA 650 of 2026 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. 3 WPA 650 of 2026 A.Roy, J. 9.
