Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.7021 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
