learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No.103 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was an accident and for that an agitation was going on and the road has been blocked. He further submits that it has been alleged that 100 to 150 persons were assembled on the spot. He then submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR, however, the allegations are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. He next submits that three of the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in ABA No.6282 of 2024 and some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of learned

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of blocking the road.

Considering that the agitation was going on for the road accident and that allegations are there against 100 to 150 persons and three of the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid ABA and some of the accused persons have also been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Gandey P.S. Case No.103 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
