She is aggrieved by the fact that her application has not yet been allowed. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, says that the earthing and wiring at the premises has not been completed. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the earthing and wiring will be completed very soon and the respondents will be informed accordingly. Once the respondents receive information that the petitioner has completed the earthing and wiring, they shall immediately process the petitioner’s application and provide electricity connection within fourteen days, in accordance with law, upon the petitioner complying with all formalities.
