The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were found in possession of 9.5 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and there is no recovery from them. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
