The petitioner is praying for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Gumla Police Station Case No.129 of 2025, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected on 08.08.2025. Though there are eight antecedents, but those antecedents are of the year 2010 and 2011. The instant case is of the year, 2025.

It is the allegation against this petitioner that from his pocket one cartridge of 0.315 bore and one cartridge of 12 bore was recovered.

Now there is change in circumstances, the chargesheet has already been filed and charge has already been framed against this petitioner. Considering the custody of the petitioner which is from 28.04.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla Police Station Case No.129 of 2025 subject to the following conditions:-
(i) One of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having
sufficient landed property in his own name in the State of Jharkhand;
(ii) The petitioner will appear and mark his attendance before the Trial Court once in a month till completion of the trial. If he fails to appear in any particular period, his bail bonds shall stand cancelled and steps should be taken to arrest the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed.
