By this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner, viz., Tapan Ghosh, has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Pulibor Police Station Case No. 55/2025 under Section 105 BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 04-04-2025. 4. The case diary was called for. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation stands completed, resulting in a charge-sheet vide C.S. No. 22/26 dated 28.02.2026. 5. In view of the completion of the investigation, the interim bail is not required to be cancelled and therefore, it is made absolute subject to the condition(s) that – he shall be available for trial, if one commences; shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence; and shall not intimidate or harass or harm the informant side in any manner. 6.
