Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph No.8(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11900 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”.
