Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permisiion to withdraw this appeal with a prayer that since the suit for specific performance filed by the plaintiff has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial and conclude the proceedings within reasonable period of time. 2.
