The persons aggrieved by the said order have preferred a statutory appeal. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the contempt application. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the contempt application is disposed of. The Rule is discharged. The applicant will be at liberty to take steps as may be available in law once the appeal is disposed of.
