ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
Both the parties present. Both the learned counsel representing the parties are present. The parties in this petition have filed Application under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act, in which it is stated as under:
"Application u/s 147 of NI Act,1881
The parties above named most humbly submits that, the trail court and even appellate court passed
judgment in favour of Respondent for the amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. The parties here in appeared before this Honourable Lok-Adalat on 11.7.2026 and settled the matter for Rs.1,75,000/-. The petitioner has deposited an amount Rs.1,25,000/- before the trail court, which may be released in favour of the respondent and remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- will be paid by the petitioner to the respondent on or before 20.9.2026. Hence this Honourable court may be pleased allow this application in the interest of justice."
2. Both the parties and their advocates have affixed their signature to the Application. The contents of the same has been read over and explained to the parties in the language known to them. Both the parties have voluntarily accepted the terms and conditions mentioned in the Application. The same is accepted as the same is lawful.

3. It is submitted that Rs.1.25 lakh is already deposited before the trial Court. Hence, the respondent is permitted to receive the amount of Rs.1.25 lakh. The trial Court is directed to release Rs.1.25 lakh, with accrued interest, in favour of the respondent-A. Lokeshwara upon proper identification. Petitioner/accused shall pay the remaining amount of Rs.50,000/-, on or before 20th September, 2026.
3. In view of the compromise between the parties, Application filed under Section 147 of Negotiable Instruments Act, is allowed. Compromise recorded. The Judgment dated 09th September, 2024 passed in CC No.2808 of 2021 by the JMFC-III Court, Shivamogga which is confirmed by the Judgment and Order dated 11th February, 2026 passed in Crl.A.No.116 of 2024 by the I Addl. Sessions Judge at Shivamogga, are set aside. Accused-Revision Petitioner is acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
