The opposite party/husband files an affidavit annexing medical documents. It appears that prima facie the husband/opposite party suffers from certain ailments which restricts his movements. On the other hand, the wife/petitioner has also a child of six years to look after. 2. Considering all these facts and the inconvenience of both the parties, the Matrimonial Suit pending before the Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 15th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas be withdrawn and be transferred to the Court of Learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman. 3. Learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 4. Keeping in mind the case of both the parties herein, the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman shall 2 be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 5.
