Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State produces the Case Diary which relate to transaction made is of questionable character. Having regard to the nature of accusations, I am of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may be warranted in the facts of the case. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1813 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
