The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13476 WP No. 9885 of 2025 a. Issue a writ, in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the respondents No. 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-D to D4 dated 11.02.2025 within a time frame and take action against the unauthorized and illegal construction that is being made by the 6th Respondent. b. Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Courts deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. A report has been submitted by respondents no.1 to 5 that the construction put up by respondents no.6 and 7 is without a plan sanction and that the submission is that necessary statutory notices would be issued under Section 243 of the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024within one week from today. 3. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner directing respondents no.1 to 1 to 5 to issue appropriate notices by 04.03.2026 accompanied by the inspection report, the petition stands disposed.
