In such view of the matter, CRR 4409 of 2025 along with the connected applications and WPA 28465 of 2025 along with the connected applications are dismissed being infructuous. However, this order will not prevent the opposite parties herein to agitate the issue raised in WPA 28465 of 2025 before this court in future, if situation demands and if so instructed.
