1. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent. The petitioner no.1 is the owner of Sapna Welfare Group Limited and the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the employees of the said Group. Actually, the case was registered by the Sapna Welfare Finance Group Limited against one Bilkish Bibi for collecting huge money from public in the name of Sapna Welfare Finance Group Limited and after such complaint, a counterblast case was registered against these petitioners, although they
are innocent. He prays for anticipatory bail in any terms and conditions. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and produces the case diary and has placed reliance of the statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS. 3. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties and on perusal of the case diary produced by the State including the statement recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023, an FIR was registered against the Sapna Welfare Finance Group Limited and its employees with an accusation that they had collected huge money from the public. They are running one chit fund under the name and style of Sapna Welfare Finance Group Ltd., a group of 35 persons reported aforesaid allegation against them. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. 5. Memo of evidence filed in court today is taken on record. 6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. 7.
