Though this matter has come up for hearing on interlocutory application, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this order. 3. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.18/2025 filed by husband for restitution of conjugal rights before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Bhadravati to the Court of IV Additional Family Court, Bengaluru. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 24.04.2022. They have blessed with girl child on 12.12.2023. She along with her minor child are residing together at Bengaluru. She filed Crl.Misc.No.786/2025 - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010834552025 NC: 2026:KHC:39269 CP No. 444 of 2025 before the IV Additional Family Court, Bengaluru for maintenance. The distance between both places is 290 kilometres and it is difficult for her to travel all the way. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has not turned up. 6. Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the petitioner in the absence of respondent arguments, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer MC.No.18/2025 filed by husband for restitution of conjugal rights from the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Bhadravati to the Court of IV Additional Family Court, Bengaluru.
