2. The captioned petition is filed to quash the order dated:07.10.2024 passed by the first respondent vide Annexure-H.
3. Counsel for the respective parties presented several
contentions.

Counsel Sri. G. V. P. Reddy states that a memo has been filed. The memo can be put on record, and the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Submission is noted. Memo is placed on record.
4. It is sufficient to mention that the court issued an
order on 14.07.2023. The second respondent requested permission to take legal action against the management for not complying with this order. Accordingly, the first respondent passed an order on 07.10.2024. It is undisputed that the management challenged the Labor Court's order in W.P.No.18177/2023. In that petition, the management agreed to pay Rs.3,000/- per month as ordered by the Labor Court. The Court disposed of the petition on
11.08.2026. It is undisputed that the Management has agreed to pay Rs.3,000/- per month as interim relief to the Union members. Therefore, the
order by the first respondent allowing prosecution cannot stand and is set aside. Additionally, since the Labor Court issued an interim order, the second respondent

lacked authority to seek permission to prosecute the Management.
5. For the reasons stated above, the petition stands allowed. The order dated:07.10.2024 passed by the first respondent is liable to be quashed. Accordingly, it is quashed.
