II. ISSUE A WRIT OF MANDAMUS DIRECTING THE 1ST RESPONDENT UNIVERSITY FOR 3RD EVALUATION AS THE INDIVIDUAL MARKS GIVEN TO THE PETITIONER IN TWO EVALUATIONS, BY TWO EVALUATOR DIFFER. JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs: (1) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent University to take further steps at its discretion as provided under ordinance (No.20) in notification No.Auth/RT- PC/222/2012-13 dated 18.08.2012 vide - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010343902026 NC: 2026:KHC:39434 WP No. 15669 of 2026 Annexure-F to the writ petition for further scrutiny for referring the matter for revaluation. (2) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent University for 3rd evaluation as the individual marks given to the petitioner in two evaluations, by two evaluator differ. (3) Issue any other writ/order/direction which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of W.A.No.1372/2025 and connected matters. 3.
