HEMALEKHA - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010266352026 NC: 2026:KHC:41603-DB CCC No. 461 of 2026 ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE) 1. The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P. No.27316/2025 (KLR-RES), whereby the operation of the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner cancelling the grant made in favour of the complainants was stayed. 2. The complainants allege that, notwithstanding the interim order, their names in the land records were deleted. 3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed an affidavit of compliance stating that the entries in the Bhoomi portal were auto-generated. It is further stated that the interim order dated 19.09.2025 passed in W.P. No.27136/2025, has also been reflected in the system. Additionally, it is stated that the writ petition (W.P. No.27136/2025) was allowed by an order dated 07.07.2026 and two months time was granted to - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010266352026 NC: 2026:KHC:41603-DB CCC No. 461 of 2026 the authorities to restore the names of the complainants in the revenue records. 4. In view of the above, we are unable to accept that any proceedings for willful disobedience of the interim order are required to be initiated against the accused. The complaint is accordingly closed.
