Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order contained in Memo No.144 dated 27.12.2018, whereby the contract of the petitioner have been terminated who was engaged on contractual basis in the Transport Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. 3. It is the admitted case of the petitioner that he was appointed on contractual basis and he was not a permanent employee. The impugned order contained in Memo No.144 dated 27.12.2018, doesn’t remotely suggest that the order by which the contract of the petitioner has been cancelled is stigmatic in nature. When no stigma is attached to the order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. 4. If in future a fresh advertisement is published for any appointment, it will be open to the petitioner to apply pursuant to 2026:JHHC:1932 2 the said advertisement and the aforesaid order of termination of contract will not come in the way of his appointment. 5.
