The petitioner approached the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (for short ‘Tribunal’) for granting pensionary benefits. The Tribunal vide order dated 23.12.2024 directed for the benefits being granted in the following terms: “Having heard the submissions and after considering the new development in the light of the correspondence mentioned above, the Respondent Nos. 9 & 10, the Medical Superintendent-cum-Vice Principal, Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital and the Superintendent, District Hospital, Berhampore, Murshidabad, respectively are directed to ensure proposal for pension and other retiral benefits are completed and submitted before the Principal Accountant General (A&E), West Bengal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of communication of this order. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.” 3. The order dated 23.12.2024 is challenged before this Court; wherein a submission is made that respondents 2 did not comply with the order till date, as all dues were not paid. 4. Such submission cannot be looked into in this proceeding wherein the order (dated 23.12.2024), non compliance of which is alleged, is put to challenge. 5. If there is any grievance in this regard, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition is dismissed with such liberty. 7.
