Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record. 2. The petitioner has come up before this Hon’ble court challenging the order dated 30th June, 2026 passed by the West Bengal Land 2 Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, by which the learned Tribunal has fixed the matter on 9th October, 2026 after adjourning the matter several times. 3. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Original Application being O.A. 2775 of 2025 (LRTT) along with M.A. 1474 of 2025. 4. Considering the submissions made by the parties and the long pendency of the matter, we request the learned Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application as well as the connected Miscellaneous Application within a period of three months from the next date, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, upon taking up the matter for hearing positively on the next date, that is, 9th October, 2026. 5. Accordingly, WPLRT 144 of 2026 is disposed of. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7.
