The learned Counsel representing the petitioner submits that, the present revisional application has become infractuous, in view of the order dated 24th March, 2026, passed in Title Execution 06 of 2025by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar Court, at Suri, Birbhum. 2. The copy of the said order dated 24.03.2026 is placed before the Court and be kept with the record. 3. On perusal of the said copy of this order dated 24th March, 2026, it transpires that the Execution Case 6 of 2025, has been satisfied fully and disposed of, as delivery of possession has taken place. 4. In such circumstance, the present revisional application has become infractuous and is dismissed. (Supratim Bhattacharya, J.)
