At this stage, learned counsel for applicant would submit that the prosecution witnesses are not appearing before learned trial Court. However, in view of objection raised by counsel for the State, he may be permitted to withdraw this application and direction be issued to learned trial Court to expedite the trial. 3. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and take necessary steps and measures for causing presence of the prosecution witnesses as provided under the BNSS.
