1. The order dated 9th September, 2016 passed in WP 6150 (W) of 2016 and WP 4062(W) 2012 directing the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners has not been complied with till date. The Court directed the school authorities to deliver the requisite papers to the Board as and when the Board demands.
2. There is nothing on record to suggest that the Board demanded any document from the school.
3. Learned advocate representing the Board submits that the school is required to adopt a resolution regarding sanction of extraordinary leave without pay and then only the Board can take further steps in the matter.

4. It appears that the petitioner seeks leave for the period 15th June, 2009 to 27th March, 2011. The school authority is directed to forward all relevant documents in connection with the resolution adopted by the managing committee of the school as regards leave of the petitioner to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education positively by 28th August, 2026.
5. The Board shall take steps in terms of the order dated 9th September, 2016 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of all documents from the school.
6. An opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the petitioner and to all other necessary parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner without any further delay.
7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forthwith communicate this order to the respondents.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
9. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
