1. The petitioner participated in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (UG) 2026 disclosing her category as ‘OBC-A’. Presently, she intends to change her category from OBC-A to EWS.
2. The subject issue has been decided by this Court on 14th August, 2026 in WPA 21501 of 2026 (Hasibur Rahaman Mondal & Ors. v. State of West Bengal State & Ors.). All the points agitated by the petitioner in the instant writ petition have been addressed to by the Court in the matter of Hasibur Rahaman Mondal (supra).
3. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands dismissed in the same lines as that of Hasibur Rahaman Mondal (supra).

5. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
