Heard Sri. Rakshith R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Sowmya R., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. The petitioner gets embroiled in a crime in crime No.7/2023 for offence punishable under Sections 384, 454 and 457 of the IPC. The matter is pending before the concerned Court for the last three years. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that witnesses are 24 in the case at hand. Therefore, the closure cannot be at an early date. The concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings, within an outer limit of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. 5.
