1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records.
2. The petitioner seeks transfer.
3. The offline application made by the petitioner before the school authority is alleged to be kept pending.
4. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh online application seeking transfer disclosing ground for the same.
5. If the online portal is found to be non-functional, then the petitioner will be at liberty to file offline application in the prescribed format.
6. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from filing of the application.

7. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
8. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.
9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
10. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
